A fresh and well-planned holiday home in a small community. Here you live in a quiet area and are close to both a shop, restaurant and bakery/cafe. A perfect starting point for excursions to all the area's favorite spots. A short drive takes you to the fine sandy beaches at Haverdal and to the attractive summer town of Halmstad. From the entrance of the house there is a bathroom with shower. There is a bedroom with a double bed and two smaller ones with a single bed each. There is another bedroom a little secluded with its own entrance and toilet. The kitchen is open and well-equipped. The heart of the house is the spacious living room which has both a dining area and comfortable seating. There is also a wood-burning stove if you are staying here during the slightly cooler season. From the living room is the exit to a glazed conservatory with both a dining area and comfortable outdoor furniture. The laundry room also has an extra shower. The plot is partially protected from view and the lawn is tended by a robotic mower. Harplinge is a pleasant community within easy reach of the beautiful coastline between Halmstad and Falkenberg. The beaches here offer both wide sandy beaches and exciting small coves. Haverdal Nature Reserve stretches along the coast to Lynga. There are several walking trails and a rich birdlife. North along the coast you have Steninge, with its varied coastal nature. It is only a short drive to Halmstad. There is a wide range of entertainment here, including Äventyrslandet, many restaurants, cafes and a wide range of shops, art and nature. For those interested in golf, there are many golf courses in the area, the closest being Haverdal Golf Course.
