What kind of information is collected and for what purposeWe are collecting information in a passive way when you are moving around at our pages. From this information we can see which pages you have visited, how long time you have spent on each page, when our pages are visited etc. DanCenter uses this information for statistic purposes, for planning of time schedules for the staff and for being able to develop the appropriate service for its customers.
The users of the internet pages can generate results on the site when keying in data. DanCenter uses these data for finishing the specific inquiry. Furthermore the information is used for statistic purposes and for making the pages more user friendly.
Collecting information in a passive way means that we cannot in any way identify the single person from whom we are picking up data.
The following information concerning the user is collected when she/he orders a catalogue or a holiday home:
- Telephone number
- E-mail, if any
For how long time will the data be storedThe information collected as to catalogues or holiday homes are stored for 5 years.
In which way will the data be storedWe use "firewalls" in order to protect our internal data system and your personal data. A "firewall" is a barrier meant to prevent strangers from entering the system.
Who will use the stored dataAll the info collected in relation to the use of the pages, when browsing or when ordering catalogues or booking holiday homes, will only be used by DanCenter A/S, i.e. we are not passing on the information to a third party.
Right of access to/ objections to the collected dataThe information keyed in when you book something from the DanCenter internet pages is stored in our customer data base. As registered person you always have the possibility of getting access to the data, or you can raise objections to a registration according to the rules of the personal data legislation. If you wish to be cancelled from our customer file, you have to send a letter to: DanCenter A/S, Lyngbyvej 20; DK-2100 Copenhagen Ø., or you can e-mail us on firstname.lastname@example.org. In this way you can also get in touch with the person having data responsibility.
