Welcome to lovely accommodation located right next to Lake Vänern. A nice and charming house located on a farm with a view of the sparkling lake and beautiful nature. Here you have very pleasant accommodation and access to your own swimming area. For those who want more speed and life, Sikall's campsite is only a short distance away with a larger swimming area. This accommodation is ideal for the larger family or group with up to 8 beds.

You live very idyllically in a scenic rural environment, where the horses Frasse and Baby graze outside together with the cows in the pasture. The house is on a farm run by the owner who lives in the house in front and who takes good care of you.

You enter the gable and enter a hall. Directly to the left is the house's one bedroom. Here are two bunk beds with 4 beds. Perfect for the children/young people who want to be on their own. Directly adjacent to the bedroom is a bathroom with shower cabin, wc and sink. Directly in front of the hall is a laundry room with both dryer and washing machine. So if you want to stay longer or, for example, travel with small children, this is very good. Take the stairs up and you will reach the upper level. The house is bigger than you think and here there are large living areas for good company.

To the left of the stairs lies the house's second bedroom. This spacious room features a 180 cm double bed and offers views of the pasture, with a glimpse of the lake in the distance. Adjacent to it is the second bathroom, equipped with a shower cubicle, bathtub, toilet, and washbasin. The large living room has a cozy, welcoming atmosphere and features a wood-burning stove for chilly evenings. From here, you can look out the windows and see the lake below. A small landing and an open-plan layout lead down to the kitchen area. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with everything you might need, including plenty of utensils and a dining area; the two kitchen tables can be pushed together if desired.

Past the kitchen, you reach the house's final bedroom. This room contains a 180 cm double bed and a door leading to a balcony, where you can step out to enjoy your first cup of morning coffee and the beautiful views.

A highly appreciated option is the ability to rent one of the farm's jetties—complete with a deck—and the boathouse. This includes the use of a motorboat and life jackets. The cost varies, and arrangements can be made on-site with the homeowner. Please note that the homeowner may occasionally use the jetty and boathouse.

Bicycles are available to borrow; please remember to bring your own helmet.

Enjoy an idyllic rural setting here, complete with farm animals; the homeowner keeps a dog, cats, and cows. Please do not feed the animals in the pasture, and show consideration for everyone living on the farm—whether they have two legs or four.

Lake Vänern offers excellent fishing opportunities; no fishing license is required, though you must adhere to local fishing regulations. Vänern is an angler's paradise, home to species such as salmon, pike, and zander. Feel free to ask the homeowner for the best fishing tips.

Take the opportunity to visit Halleberg and the Royal Hunting Museum, as well as the beautiful outdoor recreation area at Hunneberg. Here, you can enjoy activities like hiking, a coffee break (fika), and magnificent scenery. If you love swimming, there are plenty of bathing spots nearby—Sikhall, Gaddesanna, and Ursand, to name a few. You might also want to visit the city of Trollhättan to see the famous Trollhättan Falls, the lock area, and the SAAB Museum. Vänersborg, with its small-town charm, offers an indoor adventure pool and cozy cafés. You are close to the Dalsland border and within easy reach of day trips to the west coast (Ljungskile, Uddevalla) or the big city of Gothenburg.
