Whether you are looking for Løkken's beautiful beach, the hustle and bustle of the city or peace and quiet on the terrace, you will find it all in this beautiful holiday home. The house is charmingly decorated and it feels like getting a warm embrace when you step through the front door. As the pictures reveal, the decor is authentic and extremely cozy, and the house has everything you need for a cozy holiday home holiday in Løkken. The living room is bright and spacious with access to one of the lovely terraces, the kitchen is extremely charming and the bedrooms are really cozy. In bedrooms 1 and 2 there are double beds 180*200 and in bedroom 3 there is a Norwegian bunk bed for 3 people.

With just over 200 meters to the beach and 150 meters to the town's pedestrian street, the holiday home is located in the middle of Løkken and therefore also relatively close to its neighbors. However, the beach path ends blindly in a path towards the water, and the road is therefore very quiet. There are several terrace areas as well as a garden, and space for wonderful summer house coziness.

The holiday home is non-smoking and youth groups are not allowed.

Outdoor area:
As mentioned, the beach path ends blindly and then continues as a path that leads over the dunes and directly down to the impressive North Sea. There is parking at the house, which is a great advantage when Løkken is filled with happy summer guests at times.

At the same time, everything is within walking distance, so the car can easily be left there during your stay. The center, shops, restaurants, beach, Læmole, tourist office, fitness center, beautiful nature and shopping opportunities are all within approximately 500 meters.

• A refundable deposit may be required before arrival to cover consumption and any additional services. The final costs are based on actual consumption, and any remaining amounts are refunded within 21 days after check-out.

• Forgotten items will be returned for postage plus a handling fee of DKK 150.

• Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM.

• Keys are handed in and returned via the key box on site.

Løkken has various sights, a great beach and a vibrant nightlife. Løkken Strand is unique - for besides its white, fine sand and clean water you will both find the White Town and bunkers from World War 2 on the 19 km long sandy beach. During the summer you can see the many white beach houses on the beach, a beautiful sight. According to rules and tradition, the houses must be white and are therefore known as the White Town. The beach is also perfect for various activities, e.g. ball games, kite flying, splashing in the ocean or just enjoying the sun on a relaxing day.

Rental agreement and directions

Shortly after booking holiday accommodation through DanCenter you will receive your booking confirmation. This confirmation constitutes your rental agreement containing all necessary information. On the first page you will find information about the addresses of your holiday home and the key pick up place, as well as a directions on how to find the house. On the following pages you will find the invoice for the stay you have booked complete with transfer order/inpayment form, stating the due dates.

On arrival at the key pick up point, you will be asked to present your rental agreement whereupon you will be handed your key as well as an electricity-envelope on which the meter readings of all consumption dependant expenses (electricity, heating, water, etc.) are to be noted upon arrival as well as departure.

Arrival can take place from 4 p.m. on the day the rental period commences.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you can not reach your destination until eg. late evening, our local offices will be closed. Therefore please contact us in time to make arrangements with regards to the key and the deposit. Extras

All holiday homes are equipped with all kitchen utensils, duvets and pillows necessary for the maximum amount of persons, which the house can room. Bed linen, dish cloths, table cloths etc. can be rented at the local office or online, if you prefer not to bring these items yourselves.

When you book a baby cot, please note that we can not guarantee space for the cot in the master bedroom. If the house description say there is a cot in the house and you only need one, booking is unnecessary.

You can also book delivery of the extras you rent. This way you do not need to drive several times between the holiday home and local office.

Please note that in high season, extras might be sold out. Therefore we recommend you to always book extras and final cleaning when booking your holiday home.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
