Details about the apartment:
The holiday apartment is suitable for 6 people and a child up to 3 years old, or other combinations of guests. It was built in 2009 and is 79
m2 and on 2 levels - and is located on a 500 m2 large natural plot. The terrace facing west is 29 m2, and here you can have your coffee while the children are active - either on the nearby playground or on the small football field, while you relax. On the 1st floor there is access to a lovely west-facing balcony, which is the
perfect place to have a cold refreshment. To the east you have a small terrace where you can enjoy the morning sun while having your morning coffee and lunch.

All in all, the home is a fantastic holiday home, with room for both young and old. The home includes 2 parking spaces.
The lovely North Sea is 800 m away, and the nearest large and popular grocery store is 700 m away, while the golf course is located next door.

The holiday home has underfloor heating throughout the ground floor, where a bio fireplace provides coziness in both the living room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a 30 l refrigerator with freezer. There is a stove with
ceramic hobs, a convection oven, a microwave and a dishwasher. The bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating, a new sink with drawer furniture underneath, a worktop with
cabinets above, a washing machine and dryer, a shower cubicle and a toilet.

On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms with double beds. There are also 2 sleeping places on mattresses in the loft. There is also a cot, a high chair and some toys for the little ones. The holiday home has wireless internet. There is a Samsung TV with 43 radio channels and 39 TV channels, of which 10 are German, 7 Norwegian, 5 Swedish, and there is TV2 Play. Chromecast and a radio are also available.

The holiday home is non-smoking and youth groups are not allowed. Pets are also not allowed.

• Rebooking is allowed once within the same booking year.

• A refundable deposit may be required before arrival to cover consumption and any additional services. The final costs are based on actual consumption, and any remaining amounts will be refunded within 21 days after check-out.

• Forgotten items will be returned for postage plus a handling fee of DKK 150.

• Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM.

• Keys are handed in and returned via the key box on site.

Løkken has various sights, a great beach and a vibrant nightlife. Løkken Strand is unique - for besides its white, fine sand and clean water you will both find the White Town and bunkers from World War 2 on the 19 km long sandy beach. During the summer you can see the many white beach houses on the beach, a beautiful sight. According to rules and tradition, the houses must be white and are therefore known as the White Town. Rental agreement and directions

Shortly after booking holiday accommodation through DanCenter you will receive your booking confirmation. This confirmation constitutes your rental agreement containing all necessary information. On the first page you will find information about the addresses of your holiday home and the key pick up place, as well as a directions on how to find the house. On the following pages you will find the invoice for the stay you have booked complete with transfer order/inpayment form, stating the due dates.

On arrival at the key pick up point, you will be asked to present your rental agreement whereupon you will be handed your key as well as an electricity-envelope on which the meter readings of all consumption dependant expenses (electricity, heating, water, etc.) are to be noted upon arrival as well as departure.

Arrival can take place from 4 p.m. on the day the rental period commences.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you can not reach your destination until eg. late evening, our local offices will be closed. Therefore please contact us in time to make arrangements with regards to the key and the deposit. Extras

All holiday homes are equipped with all kitchen utensils, duvets and pillows necessary for the maximum amount of persons, which the house can room. Bed linen, dish cloths, table cloths etc. can be rented at the local office or online, if you prefer not to bring these items yourselves.

When you book a baby cot, please note that we can not guarantee space for the cot in the master bedroom. If the house description say there is a cot in the house and you only need one, booking is unnecessary.

You can also book delivery of the extras you rent. This way you do not need to drive several times between the holiday home and local office.

Please note that in high season, extras might be sold out. Therefore we recommend you to always book extras and final cleaning when booking your holiday home.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
