About the holiday home

Now you have the opportunity to rent this beautiful holiday home near Løkken and Lønstrup for you and your family or friends. The home is located in lovely surroundings near Løkken and Lønstrup and is 160 m2. Here is a large and beautiful, enclosed garden, and a large common room. There are common facilities for the 4 bedrooms - bathroom and toilet, common room/activity room, kitchen, garden and terrace - and the bunk bed is located in the open passage room. In the large activity room it is impossible to get bored - here you have a TV room, pool table, football table, air hockey and table tennis! In the large and beautiful, enclosed garden the whole family with children and dog can frolic. The summer house is located in a beautiful field landscape with peace and a beautiful view. There is a view of Rubjerg Knude Lighthouse to the north/west and of Børglum Monastery to the south/east.

The whole glory consists of the main house's attached longhouse with patio door and private entrance. The four rooms have lovely, new double beds from Høie, a wall-mounted TV and one room has a patio door to the courtyard. All rooms have windows with a view of the lovely outdoor area and the sizes of the beds are: 2*180 cm, 150 cm and 120 cm in addition to the bunk bed. The rooms have a good and functional size, and the common facilities are a full 120 square meters. So the entire length is a good 160 square meters.
The kitchen has a dining area for 4 people. There are hotplates, a microwave, an oven, two refrigerators, a coffee machine and an electric kettle as well as a TV. There is also a large dining area for everyone in the common room.

It is possible to purchase a breakfast plate on site if you let us know the day before.

The pleasures are also not to be overlooked outdoors, where the garden is surrounded by a wooden railing. Around the garden there are well-placed outdoor lamps, which create a beautiful sight in the evening.

The rooms and the entire length are non-smoking, and youth groups are not allowed. You can also rent the entire Lønstrupvej 46 incl. the farmhouse.

• Rebooking is allowed once within the same booking year.

• A refundable deposit may be required prior to arrival to cover consumption and any additional services. Final costs are based on actual consumption, and any remaining amounts will be refunded within 21 days after check-out.

• Forgotten items will be returned for postage plus a handling fee of DKK 150.

• Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM.

• Keys are handed in and returned via the key box on site.

• Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed to rent the property. Smoking is prohibited.

• Utilities are charged according to consumption and are not included

Løkken Strand is unique - for besides its white, fine sand and clean water you will both find the White Town and bunkers from World War 2 on the 19 km long sandy beach. Rental agreement and directions

Shortly after booking holiday accommodation through DanCenter you will receive your booking confirmation. This confirmation constitutes your rental agreement containing all necessary information. On the first page you will find information about the addresses of your holiday home and the key pick up place, as well as a directions on how to find the house. On the following pages you will find the invoice for the stay you have booked complete with transfer order/inpayment form, stating the due dates.

On arrival at the key pick up point, you will be asked to present your rental agreement whereupon you will be handed your key as well as an electricity-envelope on which the meter readings of all consumption dependant expenses (electricity, heating, water, etc.) are to be noted upon arrival as well as departure.

Arrival can take place from 4 p.m. on the day the rental period commences.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you can not reach your destination until eg. late evening, our local offices will be closed. Therefore please contact us in time to make arrangements with regards to the key and the deposit. Extras

All holiday homes are equipped with all kitchen utensils, duvets and pillows necessary for the maximum amount of persons, which the house can room. Bed linen, dish cloths, table cloths etc. can be rented at the local office or online, if you prefer not to bring these items yourselves.

When you book a baby cot, please note that we can not guarantee space for the cot in the master bedroom. If the house description say there is a cot in the house and you only need one, booking is unnecessary.

You can also book delivery of the extras you rent. This way you do not need to drive several times between the holiday home and local office.

Please note that in high season, extras might be sold out. Therefore we recommend you to always book extras and final cleaning when booking your holiday home.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
