About the holiday home

Now you have the opportunity to rent you and your family or friends this impressive 420 m2 summer house in lovely surroundings near Lønstrup, where you can stay 14 people! Here 12 TVs, huge common facilities, 5 ovens (incl. microwave), 3 refrigerators, 2 freezers, 4 bathrooms, huge kitchen and extra kitchen and you can bring 2 dogs. The entire home is non-smoking and youth groups are not allowed.

The farmhouse:
The entire house underwent a complete renovation in 2019 and today appears with exclusive materials and well-thought-out solutions everywhere. Exclusive materials, including top insulation from floor to ceiling, self-cleaning glass in all windows, marble, beautiful floors, heavy curtains and carefully selected furniture and details. The comfortable, new exclusive beds ensure a good night's sleep, and the overall impression is a home where quality and functionality go hand in hand.

The kitchen:
The kitchen is in a class of its own and stands out clearly from what you usually see. With granite fronts and worktops, two built-in steam ovens and a traditional oven from Gaggenau, an accompanying microwave, a wide zone-free hob and an integrated extractor hood in the worktop, everything has been thought of. In addition, there are two teppanyaki plates for Japanese cooking, which also work perfectly for warm dishes.
The kitchen also contains a coffee machine, warming drawers and a vacuum drawer, a refrigerator, a freezer of approximately 300 liters, a quality wine cabinet and a combined refrigerator/freezer from Liebherr. The cooking island is arranged so that bar stools can be placed around it - ideal for social cooking and socializing.

Living room and facilities:
There is underfloor heating throughout the house, and the indoor climate is kept comfortable with a modern heat exchange system that ensures heat without drafts. The living room and dining room contain both a dining area, chairs and a built-in TV. The living room has large glass panels, which provide beautiful light and direct access to the terrace. In addition, there are a total of three wood-burning stoves, six TVs and a living room with a dining area for up to 40 people - ideal for larger parties.

First floor:
Part of the sleeping area is located on the first floor. Here you will find two spacious bedrooms, both with TVs, balconies and lovely, new double beds from Høie. One room has its own bathroom en suite. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower cubicle with bench, line drain and a luxurious rain shower with waterfall function.
In addition, there is another bathroom on the first floor and an additional living room, where walnut wood floors, a wood-burning stove and large windows provide both a warm and exclusive atmosphere with a view of nature. Finally, there is a small cozy living room with a TV, coffee machine and attached toilet.

Length:
In the length of the house at the end of the banquet hall/activity room, there are 4 bedrooms and a bunk bed in the open passage room and all have shared facilities in the form of a bathroom and toilet, additional kitchen, garden and terrace. In the large activity room it is impossible to get bored - here you have a TV lounge, pool table, football table, air hockey and table tennis! The garden is large and secluded. The cottage is located in a beautiful field landscape with peace and a wonderful view. There is a view of Rubjerg Knude Lighthouse to the north/west and of Børglum Monastery to the south/east.

The whole glory consists of the main house's attached longhouse with patio door and private entrance. The four rooms have lovely, new double beds from Høie, and in three of the bedrooms there is a wall-mounted TV and one room has a patio door to the courtyard. The rooms all have windows with a view of the lovely outdoor area and the sizes of the beds are: 2*180 cm, 150 cm and 120 cm in addition to the bunk bed. The rooms have a good and functional size, and the common facilities make up a full 120 sq m. So the entire length is a good 160 sq m.

In the small additional kitchen there is a dining area for 4 people. There are hotplates, a microwave, two refrigerators, a coffee machine and an electric kettle, as well as a TV. There is also a large dining area for everyone in the common room.

The pleasures are also not to be overlooked outdoors, where the garden is surrounded by a wooden railing. Around the garden there are well-placed outdoor lamps, which create a beautiful view in the evening.

• Rebooking is allowed once within the same reservation year.

• A refundable deposit may be required before arrival to cover consumption and any additional services. The final costs are based on actual consumption, and any remaining amounts are refunded within 21 days after check-out.

• Forgotten items will be returned for postage plus a handling fee of 150 DKK.

• Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM.

• Keys are handed in and returned via the key box on site.

• Guests under 18 years of age are not permitted to rent the property. Smoking is prohibited.

Løkken has various sights, a great beach and a vibrant nightlife. Løkken Strand is unique - for besides its white, fine sand and clean water you will both find the White Town and bunkers from World War 2 on the 19 km long sandy beach. During the summer you can see the many white beach houses on the beach, a beautiful sight. According to rules and tradition, the houses must be white and are therefore known as the White Town. The beer is made according to tradition and a visit here is a very special experience - whether you like beer or not. For the children, a visit to the hard candy maker is a must. Rental agreement and directions

Shortly after booking holiday accommodation through DanCenter you will receive your booking confirmation. This confirmation constitutes your rental agreement containing all necessary information. On the first page you will find information about the addresses of your holiday home and the key pick up place, as well as a directions on how to find the house. On the following pages you will find the invoice for the stay you have booked complete with transfer order/inpayment form, stating the due dates.

On arrival at the key pick up point, you will be asked to present your rental agreement whereupon you will be handed your key as well as an electricity-envelope on which the meter readings of all consumption dependant expenses (electricity, heating, water, etc.) are to be noted upon arrival as well as departure.

Arrival can take place from 4 p.m. on the day the rental period commences.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you can not reach your destination until eg. late evening, our local offices will be closed. Therefore please contact us in time to make arrangements with regards to the key and the deposit. Extras

All holiday homes are equipped with all kitchen utensils, duvets and pillows necessary for the maximum amount of persons, which the house can room. Bed linen, dish cloths, table cloths etc. can be rented at the local office or online, if you prefer not to bring these items yourselves.

When you book a baby cot, please note that we can not guarantee space for the cot in the master bedroom. If the house description say there is a cot in the house and you only need one, booking is unnecessary.

You can also book delivery of the extras you rent. This way you do not need to drive several times between the holiday home and local office.

Please note that in high season, extras might be sold out. Therefore we recommend you to always book extras and final cleaning when booking your holiday home.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
