About the holiday home

Here at Lyngby Møllevej 4 is this lovely cottage, which is a stone's throw from the North Sea and centrally located in Nørre Lyngby. The house is 98 square meters spread over two levels, and it has an extremely charming style, as it is a villa built in 1909 with cornices and clear symmetry. There is room for six people and a pet. The house has a large and bright open-plan kitchen/dining room and living room with a charming, winding spiral staircase up to the 1st floor. There is a lovely bathroom and three bedrooms, two of which are on the 1st floor. The three bedrooms all have double beds.

The house is ideal for lots of lovely holiday experiences for children, young people and the elderly. And the nature in Nørre Lyngby is worth a visit in itself! Here you can experience how asphalt roads suddenly end, where parts of the city have been eaten by the North Sea.

Outdoor area: The plot itself is 906 square meters and has the grocery store and the grill bar as neighbors, and nature as a setting with a clear view of the North Sea. There are beautiful terraces here, and the house is surrounded by a lovely lawn that can be closed off if you have your four-legged friend with you on vacation. So there is ample opportunity to find shelter from the west wind when it shows its muscles. In Nørre Lyngby there is plenty of raw nature and many opportunities for walking or hiking. The popular Rubjerg Knude Lighthouse is nearby, and it is a ten-minute drive to Løkken and Lønstrup, where there are plenty of opportunities for experiences of a diverse nature.

The house is non-smoking and youth groups are not allowed. Remember to order any linen packages when booking.

• Rebooking is allowed once within the same reservation year.

• A refundable deposit may be required before arrival to cover consumption and any additional services. Final charges will be based on actual usage, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days of check-out.

• Lost items will be returned for a postage fee plus a handling fee of DKK 150.

• Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

• Keys are collected and returned via the on-site key box.

Løkken has various sights, a great beach and a vibrant nightlife. Løkken Strand is unique - for besides its white, fine sand and clean water you will both find the White Town and bunkers from World War 2 on the 19 km long sandy beach. During the summer you can see the many white beach houses on the beach, a beautiful sight. According to rules and tradition, the houses must be white and are therefore known as the White Town. The beach is also perfect for various activities, e.g. ball games, kite flying, splashing in the ocean or just enjoying the sun on a relaxing day.

The beer is made according to tradition and a visit here is a very special experience - whether you like beer or not. For the children, a visit to the hard candy maker is a must. Rental agreement and directions

Shortly after booking holiday accommodation through DanCenter you will receive your booking confirmation. This confirmation constitutes your rental agreement containing all necessary information. On the first page you will find information about the addresses of your holiday home and the key pick up place, as well as a directions on how to find the house. On the following pages you will find the invoice for the stay you have booked complete with transfer order/inpayment form, stating the due dates.

On arrival at the key pick up point, you will be asked to present your rental agreement whereupon you will be handed your key as well as an electricity-envelope on which the meter readings of all consumption dependant expenses (electricity, heating, water, etc.) are to be noted upon arrival as well as departure.

Arrival can take place from 4 p.m. on the day the rental period commences.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you can not reach your destination until eg. late evening, our local offices will be closed. Therefore please contact us in time to make arrangements with regards to the key and the deposit. Extras

All holiday homes are equipped with all kitchen utensils, duvets and pillows necessary for the maximum amount of persons, which the house can room. Bed linen, dish cloths, table cloths etc. can be rented at the local office or online, if you prefer not to bring these items yourselves.

When you book a baby cot, please note that we can not guarantee space for the cot in the master bedroom. If the house description say there is a cot in the house and you only need one, booking is unnecessary.

You can also book delivery of the extras you rent. This way you do not need to drive several times between the holiday home and local office.

Please note that in high season, extras might be sold out. Therefore we recommend you to always book extras and final cleaning when booking your holiday home.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
