About the holiday home

Nordre Strandvej 3A - beautiful summer house in the middle of Løkken In addition to being 100 meters from the beach and in the middle of the center, you will first find the super charming staircase and entrance indoors. Next, a really delicious and cozy living room with bright and open kitchen, family room and living room. The layout of the entire house invites both joint and individual activities - from cozy and television corners to the inviting lounge area on the 1st floor. There is also a lovely outdoor lounge area in the form of the sunny terrace, which faces away from Nordre Strandvej itself and is delightfully private. In the summer house there is room for 6+1 people.

The kitchen and living room form a large and charming space that creates a perfect atmosphere for getting together while cooking and indoor coziness. The bright kitchen is furnished with care and offers plenty of space to prepare delicious meals together. Next to the kitchen you will find the dining area with room for 8 people along the fine table with bench.

Bed distribution: 2 double beds, 2 single beds and possibility of an extra bed.

The cottage's outdoor area: With 100 meters to each beach and 25 meters to the nearest restaurant, it is not at all certain that you will spend much time in the cottage or on the terrace, but when the opportunity arises, the terrace is nicely screened from city life etc. With seating for 6 people in the dining area, you can enjoy the outdoors to the fullest! On the terrace, in addition to the grill, there is also more furniture to lounge around in.

And if you drive an electric car, there is a charging station in the driveway! There are also two bicycles available.

Smoking and youth groups are not allowed. Remember to order any linen packages when booking and avoid extra administration fees.

• Forgotten items are returned for postage plus a 150 DKK handling fee.

Løkken is a popular holiday destination for children and parents on their holiday home vacation. Løkken has changed from an old fishing port into a popular tourist and holiday destination. Løkken has various sights, a great beach and a vibrant nightlife. Løkken Strand is unique - for besides its white, fine sand and clean water you will both find the White Town and bunkers from World War 2 on the 19 km long sandy beach. During the summer you can see the many white beach houses on the beach, a beautiful sight. According to rules and tradition, the houses must be white and are therefore known as the White Town. The beach is also perfect for various activities, e.g. ball games, kite flying, splashing in the ocean or just enjoying the sun on a relaxing day.

The beer is made according to tradition and a visit here is a very special experience - whether you like beer or not. For the children, a visit to the hard candy maker is a must. Rental agreement and directions

Shortly after booking holiday accommodation through DanCenter you will receive your booking confirmation. This confirmation constitutes your rental agreement containing all necessary information. On the first page you will find information about the addresses of your holiday home and the key pick up place, as well as a directions on how to find the house. On the following pages you will find the invoice for the stay you have booked complete with transfer order/inpayment form, stating the due dates.

On arrival at the key pick up point, you will be asked to present your rental agreement whereupon you will be handed your key as well as an electricity-envelope on which the meter readings of all consumption dependant expenses (electricity, heating, water, etc.) are to be noted upon arrival as well as departure.

Arrival can take place from 4 p.m. on the day the rental period commences.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you can not reach your destination until eg. late evening, our local offices will be closed. Therefore please contact us in time to make arrangements with regards to the key and the deposit. Extras

All holiday homes are equipped with all kitchen utensils, duvets and pillows necessary for the maximum amount of persons, which the house can room. Bed linen, dish cloths, table cloths etc. can be rented at the local office or online, if you prefer not to bring these items yourselves.

When you book a baby cot, please note that we can not guarantee space for the cot in the master bedroom. If the house description say there is a cot in the house and you only need one, booking is unnecessary.

You can also book delivery of the extras you rent. This way you do not need to drive several times between the holiday home and local office.

Please note that in high season, extras might be sold out. Therefore we recommend you to always book extras and final cleaning when booking your holiday home.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
