Septembervej 10 – really cozy vacation home

The house is well furnished and located close to the beach and town. It is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a really beautiful vacation home community, from where you can quickly reach the town, beach, and shopping facilities. Classic in style and located in a beautiful summer home community.

The vacation home has three bedrooms with double beds in each room. There is one bathroom and a bright, open-plan kitchen/dining room connected to the living room. The house is 88 square meters and the property itself is 400 square meters.

Facilities: The house is cozy and comfortably furnished. Cozy, bright kitchen with dishwasher. The furniture is comfortable, so you can easily imagine relaxing after a long walk. Outside the house there is a lockable shed and a combined washer and dryer.

Outdoor area: The kitchen and living room open onto a beautiful large terrace and lawn where you can enjoy the Danish summer weather to the fullest. Thanks to the house's location near the center of Løkken and the North Sea, you are close to everything and yet far away from the traffic and hustle and bustle of city life. Of course, there is garden furniture and a barbecue. And in Løkken itself, there is plenty of space, whether you are looking for outdoor activities, wellness and pampering, or peace and quiet. The vacation home is smoke-free and youth groups are not allowed. Remember to order bed linen packages when booking. Please remember to order any linen packages you may require when booking the house.

• Forgotten items are returned for postage plus a 150 DKK handling fee.

Løkken is a popular holiday destination for children and parents on their holiday home vacation. Løkken has changed from an old fishing port into a popular tourist and holiday destination. Løkken has various sights, a great beach and a vibrant nightlife. Løkken Strand is unique - for besides its white, fine sand and clean water you will both find the White Town and bunkers from World War 2 on the 19 km long sandy beach. During the summer you can see the many white beach houses on the beach, a beautiful sight. According to rules and tradition, the houses must be white and are therefore known as the White Town. The beach is also perfect for various activities, e.g. ball games, kite flying, splashing in the ocean or just enjoying the sun on a relaxing day.

In Løkken you will find Løkken fishing park, open all year. The fishing park is approx. 5-6 acres and is a unique natural area. The 2 large lakes with sand bottom, surrounded by a high bank and forest, have rainbow trout and creek trouts ranging from 1 - 10 kilos.

Løkken has a large number of good eateries and in centre of town you will find the brewery. The beer is made according to tradition and a visit here is a very special experience - whether you like beer or not. For the children, a visit to the hard candy maker is a must. Rental agreement and directions

Shortly after booking holiday accommodation through DanCenter you will receive your booking confirmation. This confirmation constitutes your rental agreement containing all necessary information. On the first page you will find information about the addresses of your holiday home and the key pick up place, as well as a directions on how to find the house. On the following pages you will find the invoice for the stay you have booked complete with transfer order/inpayment form, stating the due dates.

On arrival at the key pick up point, you will be asked to present your rental agreement whereupon you will be handed your key as well as an electricity-envelope on which the meter readings of all consumption dependant expenses (electricity, heating, water, etc.) are to be noted upon arrival as well as departure.

Arrival can take place from 4 p.m. on the day the rental period commences.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you can not reach your destination until eg. late evening, our local offices will be closed. Therefore please contact us in time to make arrangements with regards to the key and the deposit. Extras

All holiday homes are equipped with all kitchen utensils, duvets and pillows necessary for the maximum amount of persons, which the house can room. Bed linen, dish cloths, table cloths etc. can be rented at the local office or online, if you prefer not to bring these items yourselves.

When you book a baby cot, please note that we can not guarantee space for the cot in the master bedroom. If the house description say there is a cot in the house and you only need one, booking is unnecessary.

You can also book delivery of the extras you rent. This way you do not need to drive several times between the holiday home and local office.

Please note that in high season, extras might be sold out. Therefore we recommend you to always book extras and final cleaning when booking your holiday home.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
