Damgårdsvej 15D - cozy and super central vacation apartment

This cozy vacation apartment is located at Damgårdsvej 15D and can accommodate two people + a couple more if they are willing to sleep on the apartment's sofa bed. You are welcome to bring your four-legged friend, and the apartment is centrally located in Løkken town. The apartment has plenty of charm with its open-plan kitchen, a lovely bathroom with bathtub and shower, and a nice bedroom. Here you can live brightly and beautifully! The apartment is inexpensive to live in, as it is heated by district heating.

Bed distribution: 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed.

Outdoor area: As mentioned, you are centrally located and close to everything when you stay on Damgårdsvej. Within a radius of 150 meters, you will find dune landscapes, the North Sea, city life, shopping, a fitness center, a swimming pool, and the center of Løkken. The apartment has both a covered and open terrace, where you can enjoy many hours in the sun!

When you step out of the front door, just take a step to the left to reach “Brinken”, a small road that quickly turns into a path that takes you through the dunes and down to the beautiful beach. If you are not on foot, you can also take a bike or drive to the beach. If you choose to turn right and then left instead, you will follow a route along the beach that leads you right into the heart of Løkken. It is a luxury to have so much within reach!

If you turn right outside the building, you will soon come across the town's sports center, which offers fitness facilities, sports halls, a swimming pool, and paddle tennis—everything you need to keep active for hours! If you continue past the sports center, you will come to Løkken Miniby, located in Vendsyssels Plantage – a beautiful natural area perfect for a relaxing walk, perhaps with your dog. The plantation also hides old bunkers, which are a hallmark of Løkken and can be found in several places both in the town and on the beach. It's vacation at its best!

Løkken is a popular holiday destination for children and parents on their holiday home vacation. Løkken has changed from an old fishing port into a popular tourist and holiday destination. Løkken has various sights, a great beach and a vibrant nightlife. Løkken Strand is unique - for besides its white, fine sand and clean water you will both find the White Town and bunkers from World War 2 on the 19 km long sandy beach. During the summer you can see the many white beach houses on the beach, a beautiful sight. According to rules and tradition, the houses must be white and are therefore known as the White Town. The beach is also perfect for various activities, e.g. ball games, kite flying, splashing in the ocean or just enjoying the sun on a relaxing day.

In Løkken you will find Løkken fishing park, open all year. The fishing park is approx. 5-6 acres and is a unique natural area. The 2 large lakes with sand bottom, surrounded by a high bank and forest, have rainbow trout and creek trouts ranging from 1 - 10 kilos.

Løkken has a large number of good eateries and in centre of town you will find the brewery. The beer is made according to tradition and a visit here is a very special experience - whether you like beer or not. For the children, a visit to the hard candy maker is a must. Rental agreement and directions

Shortly after booking holiday accommodation through DanCenter you will receive your booking confirmation. This confirmation constitutes your rental agreement containing all necessary information. On the first page you will find information about the addresses of your holiday home and the key pick up place, as well as a directions on how to find the house. On the following pages you will find the invoice for the stay you have booked complete with transfer order/inpayment form, stating the due dates.

On arrival at the key pick up point, you will be asked to present your rental agreement whereupon you will be handed your key as well as an electricity-envelope on which the meter readings of all consumption dependant expenses (electricity, heating, water, etc.) are to be noted upon arrival as well as departure.

Arrival can take place from 4 p.m. on the day the rental period commences.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you can not reach your destination until eg. late evening, our local offices will be closed. Therefore please contact us in time to make arrangements with regards to the key and the deposit. Extras

All holiday homes are equipped with all kitchen utensils, duvets and pillows necessary for the maximum amount of persons, which the house can room. Bed linen, dish cloths, table cloths etc. can be rented at the local office or online, if you prefer not to bring these items yourselves.

When you book a baby cot, please note that we can not guarantee space for the cot in the master bedroom. If the house description say there is a cot in the house and you only need one, booking is unnecessary.

You can also book delivery of the extras you rent. This way you do not need to drive several times between the holiday home and local office.

Please note that in high season, extras might be sold out. Therefore we recommend you to always book extras and final cleaning when booking your holiday home.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
