Møllehusets Baghus and Annex are ideal for families or friends, located just 1 km from the beach and close to Blokhus town center. Together, the two buildings accommodate up to 8 guests. The Back House offers a cozy living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower, and two double beds, while the newly built Annex provides four single beds — perfect for children or additional guests.

Guests have access to a shared pool house with swimming pool and sauna, located in a separate building and shared with the Farmhouse, making it well suited for larger groups who wish to socialize. Each unit has its own parking area, and a terrace fence separates the buildings for added privacy.

Set on a spacious 3,000 m² natural plot, the property offers peaceful surroundings where wildlife such as deer may appear. The North Sea and one of Denmark’s best beaches are within easy reach, and Blokhus is close by for shops, dining, and activities. Scenic trails in the area make it perfect for walking, cycling, and outdoor exploration.

• Rebooking is allowed once within the same booking year.

• Forgotten items are returned for postage plus a 150 DKK handling fee.

• Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

• Keys are collected and returned via the on-site key box.

Rental agreement and directions

Shortly after booking holiday accommodation through DanCenter you will receive your booking confirmation. This confirmation constitutes your rental agreement containing all necessary information. On the first page you will find information about the addresses of your holiday home and the key pick up place, as well as a directions on how to find the house. On the following pages you will find the invoice for the stay you have booked complete with transfer order/inpayment form, stating the due dates.

On arrival at the key pick up point, you will be asked to present your rental agreement whereupon you will be handed your key as well as an electricity-envelope on which the meter readings of all consumption dependant expenses (electricity, heating, water, etc.) are to be noted upon arrival as well as departure.

Arrival can take place from 4 p.m. on the day the rental period commences.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you can not reach your destination until eg. late evening, our local offices will be closed. Therefore please contact us in time to make arrangements with regards to the key and the deposit. Extras

All holiday homes are equipped with all kitchen utensils, duvets and pillows necessary for the maximum amount of persons, which the house can room. Bed linen, dish cloths, table cloths etc. can be rented at the local office or online, if you prefer not to bring these items yourselves.

When you book a baby cot, please note that we can not guarantee space for the cot in the master bedroom. If the house description say there is a cot in the house and you only need one, booking is unnecessary.

You can also book delivery of the extras you rent. This way you do not need to drive several times between the holiday home and local office.

Please note that in high season, extras might be sold out. Therefore we recommend you to always book extras and final cleaning when booking your holiday home.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
