DanCenter is divided as follows:
The product divisions The product divisions are responsible for the contact with the owners of the holiday homes in the respective countries as well as the daily routines of the local offices. With routines we mean education, support and back-up within many areas, as most of the local offices are privately owned companies having made a contract with DanCenter.
The sales departmentsThe sales departments are Call Centres taking care of the customers interested in renting a holiday home as well as the many travel agencies co-operating with DanCenter.
The rental serviceThe rental service deals with enquiries from customers, who have already ended their stay in a holiday home and have comments on this subject..
