DanCenter - your local partner on the international market
DanCenter is a large well-consolidated company with activities in many countries. At the same time we are small and local because of our local presence with 30 small offices all over Denmark. Being placed in all the holiday areas has a lot of advantages. The biggest advantage is, that the close contact with our customers give us good insight into the many different demands and expectations our customers have.

	We know that it is nice to be welcomed personally to the holiday area and the holiday house. We hand out the keys and help with all sorts of useful information

	We know every single holiday house. To us a house is not just a number. It has an address and certain characteristics - and certainly also an owner. It happens every now and then that a holiday house owner calls on us to chat
	We know how vital it is that our customers have confidence in our ability to deliver a clean and friendly holiday home. We control the holiday houses in between each lease. We make sure that the cleaning has been done properly and that all effects are intact. In that way we make sure that the holiday houses are ready to move into - every time.
	We know that there is limited space in your car. When all the necessary things are packed there is rarely space for anything else. You can therefore order a series of useful items at our local offices.

DanCenter security
DanCenter was established in 1957. We have been on the market for many years and we therefore know a lot about letting out holiday homes. There has however been a great development within the trade over the years. We have for instance seen a growth in the number of small holiday house agencies on the market. To emphasize that we are a serious company with an opinion about what good business ethics are, we are a member of "Feriehusudlejernes Brancheforening" (The trade Association for the holiday home agencies). That is your guarantee for professionalism if you are a holiday guest as well as a holiday house owner.

We also make an effort to continuously improve our service. We have an educational programme for our employees to ensure that we are updated about relevant matters within our business. Furthermore we have developed a series of focused courses to certify our employees within a row of disciplines. To a holiday house owner this means that you can get an assessment of your income potential by a certified customer consultant, and we issue a yearly holiday house certificate with advice on how to keep your holiday house updated to customer requirements - this is of course a free service.

DanCenter service
We have developed a service concept that meets the most practical needs during your holiday. It is for instance possible to rent bed linen, towels, dishcloths etc. If you travel with small children you can rent a series of items such as a cots, high chairs, prams, bath tubs, alarms - in short all the things that take up space in the car, but are necessary to have during your stay. Order the items at our local office and you are past the trouble of getting room for everything in the car. You can even have the ordered items brought to the holiday house, saving you the trouble of driving several times between the local office and the holiday house.

DanCenter cleaning
"Final cleaning" - that's what we call the cleaning of the holiday house that you must do before departure. Having to tidy up the house and make the final cleaning - at the same time as you have to pack your things can often cause a lot of stress on the last day of the holiday. To avoid that stress, more and more people order the cleaning done by our staff at the local office. In that way you can enjoy the last day in the holiday house and you don't have to worry about whether the cleaning has been done according to the directions.

To remove doubt about when a cleaning has been done properly, we have developed a list of things that you have to see to before you leave the holiday house, should you choose to take care of the cleaning yourselves. You can get the list from the local office.

DanCenter pool- and whirlpool service
If you have rented a holiday house with a swimmingpool you will get a visit from a pool- and whirlpool technician some time during your stay. We control the quality of the water and clean the pool every week. We have an extra set of keys for the house and will let ourselves in if you are out. All our pool technicians are of course certified in association with "Miljøcenter Vendsyssel I/S". If there is a whirlpool that is always filled, it will also be controlled weekly. If however the whirlpool is a pool that you have to fill yourselves, we don't make the weekly check. In the latter case it is important that you observe the rules and use the chlorine tablets that are prescribed. Further instructions are in the holiday house or will be handed out to you at the local office.
