Cleaning & dishes

The house is to be left clean and tidy on departure, i.e. the house is to be left in the same condition is was found. Please remember to close all windows and doors before leaving the house. If you prefer not to carry out the cleaning yourselves, you can order this service at the local DanCenter office.

If you choose to carry out the cleaning yourselves, you can request a checklist that lists all requirements from the local DanCenter office.

Returning the key

When you're ready to depart please return the keys to the same place you picked it up.

Departure outside of opening hours

If you are leaving prematurely or outside the key place's opening hours, please deposit the key together with the amount to cover all expenses such as electricity, telephone etc. in the envelope you received when picking up the key, and put this through the letter box at the key place. Your deposit will be reimbursed as soon as possible.

Calculation of expenses

Electricity and telephone meters, as well as all other meters connected with consumption to be settled seperately, must be read on arrival as well as on departure. The meter readings are to be noted on the envelope you received when picking up the key. Please remember to read the electricity meter without decimals, i.e. note down only whole kWh. When returning the key, all expenses such as electricity and in some cases also e.g. telephone and firewood expenses will be settled. Your deposit will be reimbursed approximately 21 days after the departure day.
