? Rental agreement and route description

Shortly after booking holiday accommodation through DanCenter you will receive your booking confirmation by post. This confirmation constitutes your rental agreement containing all necessary information. On the first page you will find information about the address of your holiday home and of the key pick up place, as well as a route description. At the bottom of the page there is a detachable post card for ordering bed linen. On the following pages you will find the invoice for the stay you have booked complete with transfer order/inpayment form, stating the due date. On arrival at the key pick up point, you will be asked to present your rental agreement whereupon you will be handed the key to your holiday home.

? Time of arrival

Arrival can normally take place from 4 p.m. on the day the rental period commences.

? Arrival outside opening hours

If you can not reach your destination until eg late evening, the reception/the key pick up place will be closed. Therefore please contact us in advance to make arrangements with regards to the key.

? Extras

On the detachable post card at the bottom of the rental agreement, bed linen can be ordered - payment for this is to be made to DanCenter before commencement of the rental period.

All holiday residences are equipped with all kitchen utensils necessary for the maximum amount of persons which the holiday home can room. Bed linen and towels can be ordered in some places - please check the description of your holiday home.

If you have small children and need a cot, it can in some instances also be ordered. Please contact DanCenter's sales department for further information.

Please note that rental of bed linen, towels and cots is not always possible. Therefore we recommend always to contact DanCenter either by phone or email regarding the rental of any extras before arrival.

? Local tax

In some holiday locations a tourist tax will be payable on arrival. The tax amounts to about Euro 0,76 per person per night.
