? Rental agreement and route descriptionShortly after booking holiday home through DanCenter you will receive your booking confirmation by post. This confirmation constitutes your rental agreement containing all necessary information. On the first page you will find information about the addresses of your holiday home and the key pick up place, as well as a route description. At the bottom of the page there is a detachable post card for ordering miscellaneous extras, which can be useful to have during your holiday. On the following pages you will find the invoice for the stay you have booked, complete with transfer order/inpayment form, stating the due date. On arrival at the key pick up point, you will be asked to present your rental agreement whereupon you will be handed your key as well as an electricity-envelope on which the meter readings of all consumption dependant expenses (electricity, heating, gas, water and telephone) are to be noted upon arrival as well as departure. ? Time of arrivalArrival can normally take place from 4 p.m. on the day the rental period commences. ? Arrival outside opening hoursIf you can not reach your destination until eg. late evening, our local offices are closed. Please call us in advance to make arrangements with regards to the key and the deposit. ? ExtrasOn the detachable post card, at bottom of the rental agreement, miscellaneous extras can be ordered from the local office. This can save you unnecessary packing, leaving space for other things, which you would rather not do without during your holiday. Please note that local offices are found only in those areas of Germany, where the concentration of DanCenter holiday homes is high. If there is no local office in your area, it is the owner of the house or his representative who hands out the key. All holiday homes are equipped with all kitchen utensils necessary for the maximum amount of persons, which the house can room. Bed linen, dish cloths, table cloths etc. can be rented at the local office, if there is one in your area. If you have small children and need a cot, high chair or similar you can rent such items at the local office too. NB There is not necessarily room for a cot in the master bedroom. If a cot is listed in the description of the house and you need only one cot, a cot need not be ticked on the post card. Please note that not all local offices can offer all extras. Therefore we recommend always to contact the local DanCenter office either by phone or email before arrival. We cannot guarantee that extras, which were not pre-ordered, still will be available for rental on arrival. ? Local taxAll local governments in Germany levy a local tax through eg holiday home owners. This tax is calculated per guest per day and is payable on site before departure. The taxe's size varies from area to area. ? WeatherIf you wish to keep up to date with regards to weather conditions, visit www.bbc.co.uk | ||||
