From May to October you can visit the beautiful Renaissance castle of Egeskov and the 15 hectares (37.5 acres) big Baroque park in Kværdrup.
Nyborg
A charming old part of the town is to find around the oldest royal castle of Denmark.
Kerteminde
Kerteminde has a totally special atmosphere between fiords and belts (Great Belt)
Idyllic Faaborg
Here we can warmly recommend the Museum of Faaborg with major works painted by the Funen artists (e.g. Syberg) or you could go for a walk in the old town centre, maybe together with the watchmen, or outside the town in the beautiful surroundings.
Svendborg
Naturama in Svendborg tells the natural history in a modern version with animals by land, by sea, and in the air, all directed by sound, ligjt and picture. Get very close to mooses, bears, wild boars and whale skeletons. Touch the animal skins and furs, the bones and skulls. Pat the wolf, the cunning fox or the cute, little Bambi. Work out solutions to various, exciting peoblems or listen to the fascinating stories told by the natural history advisors.
